In the process of spinning yarn, our quality control starts from the blow room stage where we remove fibre contamination by ‘Vision Shield’ machinery by Rieter (Germany). All our spinning machinery lines both for carded and combed yarns are combinations of the world finest machinery such as Reiter (Germany), Trutzschler (Germany), Laxmi Machine Works (India) and Toyota (Japan). During the finishing of the yarns​,​ automatic winders like Schlaforst Autoconers (Germany), Laxmi Machine Works (India) and Murata (Japan) electronically clear the yarns. To minimize contamination, for knitting and weaving uses we condition our yarn before packing by conditioning equipments like Xorella (Switzerland).
